employees<\/strong>, while promoting transparent, compliant, and digitally integrated systems.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"650\" data-end=\"692\"><strong data-start=\"654\" data-end=\"692\">A New Era of Employment Incentives<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"694\" data-end=\"877\">The PMVBRY, implemented through the <strong data-start=\"730\" data-end=\"779\">Employees\u2019 Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO)<\/strong>, provides structured incentives aimed at bridging the gap between job seekers and job creators.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"879\" data-end=\"1040\"><strong data-start=\"879\" data-end=\"896\">For Employees<\/strong> \u2013 The scheme supports <strong data-start=\"919\" data-end=\"945\">first-time job seekers<\/strong> entering the formal workforce through financial incentives and structured literacy programs.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1042\" data-end=\"1212\"><strong data-start=\"1042\" data-end=\"1059\">For Employers<\/strong> \u2013 It encourages <strong data-start=\"1076\" data-end=\"1102\">sustained job creation<\/strong>, especially in the <strong data-start=\"1122\" data-end=\"1146\">manufacturing sector<\/strong>, by offering monthly incentives data-end=\"2364\">New establishments<\/strong> registered after <strong data-start=\"2382\" data-end=\"2401\">1st August 2025<\/strong> can claim benefits once their workforce exceeds <strong data-start=\"2450\" data-end=\"2466\">20 employees<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2470\" data-end=\"2532\">\n<p data-start=\"2472\" data-end=\"2532\"><strong data-start=\"2472\" data-end=\"2496\">Registration window:<\/strong> 1st August 2025 \u2013 31st July 2027.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2533\" data-end=\"2631\">\n<p data-start=\"2535\" data-end=\"2631\">Applicable to <strong data-start=\"2549\" data-end=\"2573\">first-time employees<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"2578\" data-end=\"2592\">re-joinees<\/strong> with <strong data-start=\"2598\" data-end=\"2628\">Aadhaar-authenticated UANs<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 data-start=\"2633\" data-end=\"2668\"><strong data-start=\"2638\" data-end=\"2668\">Baseline &amp; Threshold Rules<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"2669\" data-end=\"2720\">To ensure that only genuine job creation qualifies:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2721\" data-end=\"2987\">\n<li data-start=\"2721\" data-end=\"2809\">\n<p data-start=\"2723\" data-end=\"2809\">If <strong data-start=\"2726\" data-end=\"2753\">baseline &lt; 50 employees<\/strong>, the establishment must add <strong data-start=\"2782\" data-end=\"2806\">at least 2 employees<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2810\" data-end=\"2896\">\n<p data-start=\"2812\" data-end=\"2896\">If <strong data-start=\"2815\" data-end=\"2842\">baseline \u2265 50 employees<\/strong>, a minimum addition of <strong data-start=\"2866\" data-end=\"2881\">5 employees<\/strong> is required.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2897\" data-end=\"2987\">\n<p data-start=\"2899\" data-end=\"2987\">The baseline is calculated based on <strong data-start=\"2935\" data-end=\"2986\">average employment from August 2024 \u2013 July 2025<\/strong>.<strong data-start=\"2998\" data-end=\"3045\">Built-In Safeguards and Digital Integration<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3047\" data-end=\"3168\">To maintain transparency and prevent misuse, PMVBRY is supported by <strong data-start=\"3115\" data-end=\"3142\">robust API integrations<\/strong> with databases such as:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3169\" data-end=\"3231\">\n<li data-start=\"3169\" data-end=\"3231\">\n<p data-start=\"3171\" data-end=\"3231\"><strong data-start=\"3171\" data-end=\"3178\">GST<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"3180\" data-end=\"3194\">Income Tax<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"3196\" data-end=\"3203\">MCA<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"3205\" data-end=\"3213\">ESIC<\/strong>, and <strong data-start=\"3219\" data-end=\"3228\">Udyam<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3233\" data-end=\"3381\">These integrations allow real-time data verification and <strong data-start=\"3290\" data-end=\"3309\">fraud detection<\/strong>, ensuring that only compliant establishments benefit from the scheme.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3383\" data-end=\"3599\">Enterprises with <strong data-start=\"3400\" data-end=\"3426\">pending EPFO inquiries<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"3428\" data-end=\"3451\">fraud-related cases<\/strong>, or <strong data-start=\"3456\" data-end=\"3482\">non-compliance records<\/strong> are <strong data-start=\"3487\" data-end=\"3513\">automatically excluded<\/strong>.
