The EPF Officers\u2019<br \/>\nAssociation (EPFOA) has warned the Union government about the urgent<br \/>\nneed to fix these issues, as the old servers are likely to stop functioning by<br \/>\nJanuary 2024.<\/p>\n<p>The EPFOA has pointed out that any delays in procuring new servers and<br \/>\nhardware will have significant consequences for the EPFO and its members.<\/p>\n<p>The EPFOA has reported a surge in complaints and requests for help<br \/>\nregarding slow or non-functional software, leading to waste of time and<br \/>\nincreased claims pendency levels. The pendency of member claims and<br \/>\ngrievances is also on the rise.<\/p>\n<p>We urge all clients to be aware of these challenges and prepare for potential<br \/>\ndisruptions in EPFO services.
